When we make our Dübör release agents, we check all the ingredients as soon as they arrive and keep checking them all the way through to the end. We keep samples from every step of the process. Our computer-controlled production keeps an eye on everything 24/7. We’ve set up our own transport system, with our own trucks, to make sure every product stays safe and sound until it gets to our customers.

All DÜBÖR baking release agents are purely plant-based, GMO-free, odorless, and tasteless. They meet the standards of GFSI, FSSC 22000, or IFS.

Additionally, all baking release agents are Kosher and Halal certified.

We differentiate between two categories of baking release agents: oil-wax products (Trennaktiv) and release waxes.

Oil-wax products are always cloudy and contain varying amounts of carnauba wax for their release effect and viscosity.

Our release waxes, despite the name, contain no wax and are therefore clear and fluid.
